The XGone project by Mirage has been included in the ADI Design Index 2015, the ADI (Industrial Design Association) collection featuring the best of Italian design produced every year, selected by the permanent design observatory.
Thanks to this publication, the collection will be in the running for the Golden Compass Award for the top creation published in the index.
The XGone project, the fruit of a joint project by Mirage and the De Ferrari e Modesti design studio following the Restile contest, features a variety of intersecting hexagon shapes in a range of 9 pastel shades from the Replain collection, all of which can be combined with one another. The combination of these two aspects allows design engineers and architects to give free rein to their creativity, creating an endless variety of patterns and inserts for floors and walls.
